We get a lot of weird inquiries sent to our support staff. We’ve found that a lot of the “review” space is pay-to-play, biased, and doesn’t paint a fair picture of how services actually operate. For the last four years, our stance has been to promote our business organically: the same as the way we grow our customer’s accounts.

Does it bother me that services offered at 2 and 3 times the price of our basic plan consistently out-“rank” us? It sure does! Does it bother me that services with awful one-agent customer support get ranked above our US-based dream team? Yes, sir!
