Terms of Service - Tree Frog Social, LLC

    • By checking the box and signing up for Tree Frog Social, LLC's services, you are agreeing to the following terms of service, which Tree Frog Social, LLC ("Tree Frog") has the right to modify with or without notice to users.
    • The purpose of Tree Frog is to increase awareness of social media accounts on platforms including but not limited to Instagram. The rights, regulations, and terms of service associated with all social media platforms will be respected by Tree Frog and its employees.
    • Tree Frog is not responsible for the actions of any social media account (including but not limited to likes, comments, shares, followers, following). Tree Frog cannot and will not guarantee any specific amount of new followers, likes, comments, or messages, gained by users’ social media accounts over any span of time.
    • Although Tree Frog Social interfaces directly with various social media platforms, this company is not owned or affiliated with any social media platform or outside business media agency. Tree Frog Social no longer has a business relationship with Socialocca, LLC.
    • Users need to contact Tree Frog's customer service team in the event of login credentials having been changed. Note that some aspects of our promotional service do not require us to log in, so we are unable to offer discounts or refunds if account access is lost. In other words, we still incur a cost by servicing accounts that we don't have full access to.
    • Should a user deny or fail to act upon Tree Frog's login attempts, the business is not responsible for any excess time it takes to set up the user's account.
    • Though we work closely with subscribers to obtain account access, subscribers must be diligent in providing us with any time-sensitive login codes provided by social media platforms.
    • Once a trial or discounted service period is complete, a user’s subscription will be set to continuous auto-renewal payments of the agreed package price. Payment will be automatically charged 30 days after initial registration.
    • Tree Frog provides phone support. These phone calls are not recorded. Anything discussed via phone should not be viewed as a contract or binding agreement.
    • Should you change your username while subscribed to Tree Frog Social, you should immediately alert our support team. It is nearly impossible for us to track down name changes, though we will still incur costs attempting to grow an old account name.
    • Tree Frog is not responsible for any action blocks or inhibited account access while a customer is subscribed. Further, any emails from platforms informing users of suspicious activity on their accounts should be ignored. That's us logging in from a different location--there's nothing to worry about.
    • Tree Frog will honor "account freeze" requests on a case-by-case basis, please ask support.
    • Tree Frog ultimately has no control over the content on any social media platform. It is possible that lewd, inappropriate, or otherwise objectionable content will be present in your news feed.
    • Account credits and referral bonuses are only available to active subscribers. Upon canceling, you forfeit your claim to these intangible gestures. In other words, they have no cash value.
    • Should a user decide to upgrade or downgrade their plan during a discounted subscription period, the current promo period will immediately be discontinued and the user will be charged the nominal rate for their new plan.
    • Should a user miss payments with Tree Frog and decide to sign up again in the future after the termination of their service, we reserve the right to deny service and/or apply any outstanding charges to a user's preferred method of payment.
    • Should a user dispute or miss a payment, Tree Frog Social reserves the right to stop service on the user's account immediately. Should the user wish to terminate service completely, the user must cancel properly through the cancellation request form or they will continue to be charged in our automated billing system.
    • Subscribers who commit to an annual or semi-annual plan are committed to the time length of their designated subscription and are not able to switch to a monthly payment plan until the full duration of their subscription is complete.
    • Tree Frog's cancelation process is instant. You cannot cancel your account by emailing support. If you receive a confirmation of cancelation from our automated system and still get charged, we will refund you immediately. To date, this has never happened. Service stops within 72 hours of being canceled.
    • Refunds will not be granted to any user with an active account. Refunds are ultimately at the discretion of Tree Frog's management team and cannot be granted by customer service representatives.
    • Tree Frog Social has the right to discontinue any account's subscription for any reason.
